Sorry to hear this. I would assume that since you even have your proof of language attached, that they will just take it, instead of rejecting your app because a second proof was attached.

Exactly, rejecting the whole application doesn't make sense for me. Now I have to wait for another 60 days for an AOR

Is it the case for most of you that on your tracker you see "In progress" for language skills, background verification, physical presence, and prohibitions?
Mostly, yes. I have also noticed that few days after tracker is activated, BG goes to completed.
