oh. so they just mention it is in person without giving a location at the moment ! one more thing, do they have document list to take it with you there, and can you share, I heard you need to carry your passports that you submitted as part of application, even if it is expired now.. any info is useful pls

After todays updates in the tracker, the percentage of applicants that have completed or been scheduled for their oath is 21%.

21% of applications have been processed in less than 12 months!
I think only Vancouver office is seeing some movements, all other offices including Scarborough are not sending out oath invites yet

It seems they purposely kept online applications on hold.

https://www.cicnews.com/2022/10/ircc-aims-to-grant-citizenship-to-300000-people-this-fiscal-year-1031415.html#gs.fkjd79

The memo recommends that IRCC continue with its current system of first-in-first-out for all applications, meaning maintaining focus on older, paper applications while also making room to prioritize a small number of digital applications to prevent backlog growth.

In 2021, IRCC had a goal of 5,000 digital applications for the fiscal year out of a targeted 245,000 decisions. As a larger number of applications are now digital, the report says that for the 2022-2023 fiscal year, there will need to be an increase in the number of digital applications processed.
