What are the code I must enter on the phone to speak to an IRCC agent ? I followed what was said but got disconnected multiple times.

In the same boat. Received my AOR on January 25th and no movement as well. Don't worry, you're not alone.

My AOR on February 7th and my file is still rotting in one of IRCC hard drives

For those November online applicant, did you receive your test invite email from your local office (city you live in) or it can be anywhere in Canada.

I am November online applicant AOR- Feb02, My background got completed on July 21. But no test invite yet. I see a lot of applicants with the same or even later AORs getting test invites. anyone else with the same aor date who is in the same situation as me?
Is this normal? most of the people get test invites within a week or two of background check completion.

Well I got my test invite a little more than 3 months after the background check! Pretty sure its normal

My background check was marked complete today. AOR was on Feb 8th

Same here! AOR Feb 8th, background completed Aug 9th!
