where did you see that? it's impossible not to process our applications. They'll get delayed, bit not stop processing them for sure.
In the link you'll see the processing numbers from various offices and also the text I highlighted in yellow. Sorry, I mean of course they'll process our applications, but seems like the batch from Oct to Dec 2021 in the Sydney office is marked as "0", so not sure what they mean by that.
There’s any way to know where is your file beside you the gcms notes, it’s for your residence place ???
I did paper because it is a family application. Otherwise i would have done online. Preparing an envelope with 4 paper applications and a lot of documents for each one was very messy.

When an application gets returned, does your original submission date remain relevant? I thought this would be a Feb 2022 application
Hello all,
My wife and I submitted our paper application on Jan 4, AOR Feb 10.
We both got the test invitation on May 12 and passed, status set to complete on May 18.
Here is my question, my wife's background check was set to complete on Apr 6 about a month before the test invitation but mine is still in progress.
1- How come we have different statuses on the background check?
2- And if mine was not complete yet, is it usual to send a test invitation before the background check completion?
3- The fact that we got the test invitation means that our applications are with the local office now?

Yeah, I know. I have posted in Jan 2022 too but seems this thread has more active people with lots of post-test completion status, that's why I posted here.
Paper applications are really lucky. All people who applied before you online, from September onward are still waiting, not even a background check update. We can't even dream of a test invitation.
At least it paid off. The paper applications are getting processed much faster. We are the one stuck behind! Online here

why is it that the January applications getting test invites while those who sent much earlier are getting nothing? this is really weird.
