Hi guys,

I got the "passport request" today!! PA is from India living in USA.. Visa office is NYC... Thanks all for all the input and help.. Here's my timeline--

Application sent: Nov 14, 2020
Application Received Nov 19, 2020
AOR1: Feb 10, 2020
Sponsor Approval : Mar 05, 2021
Biometric Request : exempt
Medical Request : Apr 22, 2021
Medical passed : May 2nd, 2021
Pre-arrival letter : Jun 25
Decision Made : Jun 30
PPR : June 30th 2021
COPR :
Landed

That is awesome, congratulations starsky30. I have a very similar timeline to yours, but still waiting at the Medical Passed stage. Where is your Visa Office and country of residence if you do not mind telling? My timeline:
  • November 13, 2020: Application received by the CPC (Sydney, Nova Scotia)
  • April 22, 2021 - Received the AOR 1
  • April 22, 2021 - Sponsorship approved
  • April 23, 2021 - Medical request letter received (The letter said that the application was forwarded to the Visa Office in Ankara, Turkey; linked application to the CIC account)
  • April 27, 2021 - Medical exam completed
  • April 29, 2021 - Medical exam passed

@User_01 -- you are very close & should get it anytime in the next week or 10 days... PA applicant is from India living in USA. Visa office is NYC.

Thank you very much for your insights. I see many people complain that there is a delay in the Ankara visa office in which the application timeline falls beyond 12 months. I wish your expectation would come true. It is so difficult to wait in uncertainty and stay separated from a spouse...

I have been struggling to link my application with GC KEY tried countless times now already even though I even
double checked the info on my IMM0008 . Anyone with the same issue ?
