Through GCkey or webform?
It took me almost a month to receive a confirmation via webform mid-Feb to mid-march.

It took me almost a month to receive a confirmation via webform mid-Feb to mid-march.
In the same boat. File received on Nov 12. I called them last month and they said the file is still in a queue to be picked up by the officer. I called them again this week and they said officer has started assessing the file. Not sure how much time AOR1 will take.

3) Medical Request on 2-23-2021

what is pre-arrival letter? Is it important or just formality. just got mine.
Basically means eligibility for PA has passed. Soon you will get decision made for PA

Web form but I guess like everything else that is messed up with IRCC and Covid no reason this would be any different, so saying a week to a month would be more realistic.
I have got only temporary number after calling multiple time than stated that file is in queue.
