I tried dialing the number but the call was denied. They only accept domestic phone calls, I think.
I submitted a webform inquiry to ask if the replacement files are in place. No response yet.
You can use this app called TextNow they give you a temporary local number through which you can call and speak with IRCC regarding your queries. I have personally not used it, but I know a bunch of people who have contacted this way.

My timeline:
Stream: PNP-Outland (Sanskewastan) in USA, Indian Passport

AOR: November 11th, 2019
MEP: December 3rd, 2019
Biometric Done: December 17th, 2019
Background : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Application completion: 27%

Going by the definition, I believe I'm in IP2 stage. Any idea when can I get PPR request from VFS ?
Hey Buddy, my suggestion is not to go by the IP2 stage definition, rather contact IRCC directly by phone(inland) or TextNow app(Outland) or else raise a webform request(I would suggest this only if you have crossed your estimated timeline as IRCC mentions the same) or order GCMS notes and get to know if you have cleared the below stages :-
1. R10 Completeness
2. Eligibility
3. Criminality
4. Security

In addition to the above you can also ask about your VO, whether any Additional documents are required or not, and any other queries you might have. But to keep it blunt, these are the four important stages that you need to pass in order to get to the PPR stage. By now you would have passed the R10 stage, so you can ask them about the rest three. I know for a fact that Eligibility stage doesn't take more than 10-15 days. A call would be the best as they will tell you in short what all have you passed. If you want a more detailed summary of your application file you can go ahead and order GCMS notes.

Hi, folks,
My timeline is:
AOR: Nov 29
Medical passed: Dec 17
1st GU: Dec 18 &2nd GU: Dec 27 (no email for the 2nd though)
I called IRCC on Dec 27 and the agent told me Eligibility: Recommended pass, Criminality: Pass, Background: Not started
I wonder if I can expect any results very soon? How long does it usually take from Eligibility Recommended pass to Pass?
Thanks for any replies!
Hi I think we have about the same timeline, getting second GU 3 days earlier. Did you asked whether your case has been sent to local VO?

AOR 27 Nov, they needed additional document which I uploaded in 5 days but no update at any stage, this is inland application,

i have seen other’s medical pass in just few weeks but for me it’s nearly 7 weeks with no update at all, yes the progress bar is at 19%

Hi guys I got a 3rd update today.

AOR - November 15

My first update was on December 5 (received an email). Changes were 1) progress bar 2) BG - "we do not need ....." to
"We are processing.....". Note: no medical update at this time.

I called IRCC on December 17 to ask about my status. The agent said BG check is under process and upfront medical result was available but not linked to my profile.

December 20- second update (no email) found that I passed medical. No other changes.

January 3, 2020 - third update (no email) I didn't find any new changes on my EE account.

Did I get a false 3rd update? Or it's just in IP2 stage ?

That's happening more often now for some reason... i've seen a few cases with similar delays.

I was told that it was sent to Edmonton office this week. Probably it will take some time before they review it. What about you?
Thanks!

Hello All,

My Express entry file details are:

Biometrics-11 December (GU1)
Rprf-19 December(paid on 20 December)

Called cic to know the file status and they said:
Eligibility passed
Criminality passed
BGC2-in progress
Security-pending

I have 2 years of experience with same company nd no travel history,my spouse is already in Canada on student visa and doesn’t have any travel history except that of Canada for study purpose.

I was just wondering how long will it take to get ppr mail? Thanks.
