I hope you are right. By the way, I just noticed that you and I have same timeline wrt test/interview and its invitation.

P.S: Irrespective of decision made, I believe that we will get oath-invitation email tomorrow, for the oath ceremony to be held on Aug 16 :)
Yeah it was same day. Hopefully, our ceremony is same day as well.

I also have a feeling it would be August 16, even though I want August 9. I just want this journey to be over

Yours has crossed the expected processing time. Have you tried contacting CIC or raise an inquiry?

processing time is 1 year or less??

That is what I actually meant at the begining .. it will be on tomorrow.
I called them a few days ago, she advised me every thing is good on my file, they are working on it. I asked her about my oath ceremony, she said processing time is 12 months, if they do it early, they will email you for ceremony.
My ECAS still shows three lines and In Process. I did write my test on 15th May 2019.
I see the spread sheet of October, the Ottawa candidates have done their ceremony on 19th July 2019.
Should you have any update, please share.

I don’t think your ecas status affects your Oath Ceremony. Either ways you should receive your invitation within two to three months.
