I am sorry to say ircc have slowed down. They want to be around 60 days to AOR and nothing more
Totally understandable,But some application even got Aor before 60 days and they applied in second week of nov.I am not judging here.I don't know how cic works in case of citizenship files. But this catageory has longer wait then any other catagories of immigration.Never waited this longer just for Aor lol.If i see by 60 days then we will be getting Aor in second week of feb as there were x-mas holidays too in last month and office suppose to be close for 2 weeks.

Few reasons I can think of:
1. Calgary is a smaller city compared to other big centers.
2. Calgary's job market is one of the worst in the past 3 to 4 years. It was one of the best in Canada prior to 2014.
3. People have left the city to find work elsewhere. I have seen lot of graduates from University of Alberta/Calgary moved to Toronto for work.
4. Given the decline in Calgary's population, there might be excess capacity at CIC Calgary office.

lot of frustration going on board in november ,,,,,,, please calm down guys , save ur energy as there will lot of debates left from aor to oath ,, someone might get rejected in interview too hahah excluding me lol
