@aj1997 I finally received second email and it said it was shipped yesterday, February 5th but tracking number says 'NA' and yeah, it does have shipping & handling fee of $4.21 lol hopefully it'll arrive in the mail on Friday or early next week!

Hi guy i received discover canada book. For which they sent email with charges of $few bucks..But no one asked to pay when postman delivered. So they are not actually charging applicants...

Most likely IRCC pays Canada Post that amount.

Nope. If ur name, date of birth matches someone with a person with record they ask u for it to confirm u r not that person otherwise not
