I logged into my IRCC account where it said application updated/submitted(screenshot attached), but there was no email update, is this a ghost update?
Though my file isn’t processed in Ottawa so I can’t answer this but I think it won’t harm u to give it a try , at this point we are trying to do the best we can to make them work on our files
