Is there any chance that they reject the application after eligibility met?

Yes I did
What did the agent say?? As in my case 192 hv been passed by , when I called d agent after 6 months he said nothing has started after medical nd after a day I got tht mail stating tht ur file is in queue to be reviewed .... Does dis mean file isn't being reviewed even once after medical?

Is there any chance that they reject the application after eligibility met?
Eligibility is met ... But criminality and security is also included ... If these two have some issue, it could be refused.... Otherwise once eligibility is met, it is met...

As far as i know IELTS has to be valid all the way till the end of the processing of the application
No. my Ielts expired on January 2019 and got my PPR in may:) . Ielts has to be valid the day you submit your application

Hey guys! Last Friday I got the agent on the phone to send a message to the office about the deadline passing and the fact that there's been no activity for a long time. The officer was cool, put us on hold for about 10 mins to take care of sending the message and all. He seemed to think that we would only get a response if they needed additional documents or whatever. The thing is that after reading the posts in the past few pages I am kind of thrown off by the fact that basically everyone who got PPR soon after the notification was sent, received an answer the next day or two saying their files were in queue to be reviewed, but I didn't...
So I wanted to know if anyone was told a message was sent to the office, but did not receive an email back after the officer on the phone said that he/she sent the office a notification, and still got PPR within the next 30 days?

Do you mean 6months deadline? If yes the agent probably lied and didn't send the message. They really don't care about people who have not crossed that waiting period yet since you wouldn't be a priority. Otherwise since most of us in the group are going on to 9 months post AoR let me be brutally honest with you. There's no way to tell when you will get PPR. I don't want to get your hopes up high and tell you yes, within 30 days you'll get it because the agent claims they sent a reminder. Then, if you make plans thinking that and you don't hear anything for another 2+ months you'll start to feel depressed, like most people here are feeling. The agents are giving generic responses, the webform responses are also generic so if you want to know the full truth order GCMS notes and wait to see what they say, although that may take 40+ days to receive at this point. Many people here have had agents send a reminder but still nothing. Many people have had agents send reminders and a few days or weeks later they got PPR. We don't know if it was actually because of that action. Good luck however, hopefully you get PPR soon.

I am about to complete 8 months actually, AOR Nov 14th, 2018. I never made a single call to them until after I completed the 6 months, as I'm sure they were already busy enough with the other people who were already caught up in the backlog. I got my GCMS notes soon after I completed 6 months, my file was recommended to be finalized on Dec. 28, 2018, but ever since then, there's been no activity. There's no sign of SS or review required. Eligibility is met, criminality in progress, security not started. I follow this group regularly, some of the latest posts were what encouraged me to call again and ask for the reminder to be sent. So I know exactly what the people caught in the backlog are going through, as I am too :( and since I realized that most people whose reminder actually does get sent receive an email back, I started to question whether or not something was done, even though I am very well aware that lots of people have been lied to and that nobody knows for sure if that is what actually helped their cases move on. I guess I was just looking for some insight as this wait is really killing me now :)

If your notes said everything looks good then don't fret too much. It's just the backlog messing with alot of people's applications. One of the most resent posts here really did a good job of explaining it and gave me hope that at least by September everything should be cleared. I've stopped putting my faith in the agents because of what others have been saying about conflicting responses with the agents and their notes. Don't give up hope but also don't think PPR is around the corner. That's how I've been staying sane

Does anyone know where to find the rprf receipt if one has made the fee payment along with the application fee?
