I requested the notes on Jan 14th and the notes are dated until Jan 16th. So it is pretty spot on.
Thanks for getting back to me.. Did you notice any ghost updates around the time you passed your eligibility/ criminality?

I heard that you get a ghost update when you pass criminality. Just want to test this theory.

I got one ghost update after MEP, I guess that was criminality or eligibility. One of those two.

I doubt it. I think 2 ghost updates are eligibility and securitypassed/approved. I believe criminality and security are parts of the background check. Although, it's just a guess.

My logic is each application is assessed on 3 dimensions:
Are you qualified to immigrate? (eligibility)
Are you healthy? (medical)
Are you safe? (criminality, security, background).
So, when you pass each dimension, you get a ghost update. I could be wrong.

In IP2 I thought they transfer the application at LVO?

I have one ghost update for now and my notes say the following:

Eligibility - recommend pass
Criminality - pass
Security - not started

Just joining the thread.

Here is my timeline.

November 20th Aor
MEP December 20th
Biometrics December 31st
Ghost update February 5th
In IP2 since early January with no movement since ghost update.
FSW inland ( currently working in Canada )

Only thing I am concerned about is eligibility really and don't want to hassle and tie up time by calling.

One thing I will say, there is absolutely no reason why they shouldn't update the stages on the website to stop people feeling like they need to call. I see lots of people saying that when they call they get told eligibility is met. All they need to do is update and it saves all those calls.

Agree 100%....I wish they implement such transparency in future for new applicants....

I also faced the same. After 2 days of my biometric my bg status changed from ip2 to ip1. Was tensed first later realised many faced the same thing. One Nigerian applicant faced the same. 7 days before his por his bg again moved to ip2 from ip1.
Oh Wow. Good to know. I was getting tensed too haha. That's interesting because I'm Nigerian too lol. I hope we all get our PPR soon!!
