I submitted my PR application on the 4th of Nov 2018 and received AOR on the same date. I recently got an update requesting me to pay permanent residency fee of 490 CAD. Any idea how long for PPR after this stage?
Is there any whatsapp group and if so can u pls add me

Unfortunately, you are wrong. RPRF request in no case indicates that PPR is soon. Don't give people false hopes =). It just means that IRCC requires this fee to continue processing the documents. Hence, the reality is quite the contrary to what you imply - until the fee is paid and received by IRCC, the processing is put on hold, so the PPR gets delayed. The delay is usually anywhere from a few weeks to 2-3 months.

My UCI changed on Thursday, but no MEP until now. Who encountered such a delay between UCI Change and MEP? Maybe it becouse of the weekend and I should get MEP this week?

From what I have read so far about this on other threads. People who have received RPRF requests have gone on to get their PPR in 2-4 weeks :) Some have actually been delayed too but the major indication is that RPRF result is triggered when your application process is going fine and your file is moved to the local VO.
