Don't bother about the Schedule A, if there was a problem they will contact you for it..........its not unusual not to hear from IRCC for months after medical exam........the next step will be completion of eligibility and background check which takes a while........so it good to assume process completion takes 12 months.....which could help reduce your waiting stress.........relax.........its a wait game.

Sorry to bother you guys again ,one of my friends says we have to update new pictures and any documents like flight tickets etc , is this ne
 
You earlier submitted the documents......including pictures and any documents like flight tickets etc......as required in the Spousal Sponsorship Checklist in your application package..........and IRCC reviewed your application package to be complete and sent you AOR........if any additional documents are required IRCC will contact you.......although, not necessary, you could send any new documents you think could support your application to the Visa Office processing your sponsorship application through IRCC Webform.

Do not send new pictures.....except requested by IRCC.
