Does anyone know when it says Date Read in the GCkey what that means... it shows me "date read February 8, 2017 10:15:42* EST".

It's the date and time when YOU read the message they sent you...

Yay my wife got her right of permanant resident fee request. We are manila office November 9 applicant..so my question is roughly how soon or long will the passport request be after sending the right of permanant residency fee ?

It's my question too! I paid on Jan 28 and they received it by post on Jan 31!

Second I did email the VO and received the following

"The application is currently in queue, pending the assessment of the visa officer. You will be informed once we are ready to pass to the next stage of processing, or if more information is requested of you.

Does this mean that I am at the final stage or what
Appreciate any feedback

no it doesn't. I got the same e-mail...file is in the queue for processing. Yes, you should send updated passport to VO

You may have seen me posting to the Jan thread, I created a web based application to track spousal applications (will eventually support others).

I would like to start having people test it out and report bugs/request features/etc.

You can view the system here:. https://immigration.dansheps.com/

You will need to contact me for an account and there are still some "rough edges".

If you are interested in using it, what I would like is a private message with:

Desired Username
Desired Password

Optionally:

First Name
Last Name
Email

I will PM you back to advise you when it is setup and with a email to send to as well for bug-reports and the like.

You can filter on the current month forward using http://immigration.dansheps.com/index?sent=YYYY-MM-DD

All filtering is fully functional, however right now this is the only way to filter when visiting the page initially (easier ways will be added after)

I will be adding a registration form eventually.

Personal information such as Names and emails will not be disclosed or used outside of this application.
