I have applied for spousal sponsership for my wife on 21st Nov 2016.
we did the medicals upfront but my issue is that , since my wife is "expecting "our family doctor had advised not to go for the chest X-Ray as it is not safe for the baby.
Except the X-Ray everything else was done and submitted alongwith the application.
I have also attached a letter explaining the situation as well as reports from my family doctor.
Can someone shed some light on my situation, what normally happens in this kind of case?

Congratulations!!!

I don't know what is normal or expected of you in this situation, but it sounds like you've done everything right. If CIC disagrees they will notify you and you'll have an opportunity to submit whatever they think is missing - I'm sure they don't expect you to do anything that is bad for the baby!

Good luck!

Hi everyone!
My application was delivered at the Mississauga office on november 21st.

After your wife has the baby, she will need to have the x-ray part of the medical. They may ask for the whole medical again if the old medical is expired. You will also need to add the baby to your application. The baby may also need to get a medical, though I'm not sure whether or not that's the case.

If it's your baby you can just apply for proof of Canadian citizenship and by pass sponsoring your child if you are a Canadian citizen.

Ha! It is! Schedule A/Background Declaration? Sounds familiar? :D Though it wasn't really a "travel history" but a Personal History where you write all the countries you've been to since you were 18 and the activity you were doing at the time.

Yes I remember thats places we have 'lived' not 'visited' because I remember in express entry they ask for all countries you visited
