Hi all, I got my COPR yesterday

My timeline (Ottawa)

App received: 04 Nov 2015
AOR: not received
SA: 11 Jan 2015
DM: 12 Mar 2016 (COPR is dated 06 Mar though)
COPR received (Canada): 21 Mar 2016

We're common law, had a straightforward app (though 2 countries for police checks) and lots of (organized) evidence.

My husband received his COPR on Saturday!!

To steal xoxokirsten's little timeline for myself:

Ottawa- Outland spousal US-->CAN
Application Received: November 16, 2015
AOR: January 14, 2016
SA: January 21, 2016
DM: March 19, 2016 (dated March 17, 2016 on CORP)
CORP received: March 26, 2016

From the looks of all the paperwork, the COPR was issued March 17, and mailed March 18. eCas changed on March 19. I definitely know this because my husband and I were talking on skype, and I had checked it before going to bed, and it was in process. The morning of March 19, I thought I would check it again (what's the point??!) I was saying to myself, and the status had changed to DM.

My husband lives in SC, and it took 8 business days to get there from Ottawa (also, USA delivers mail Saturdays, and Good Friday isn't considered a federal holiday, so they get mail on Easter weekend, thus why I say 8 days)

My husband will Land in May....so excited!

Hopefully this will help those still waiting with some sort of timeline.

From what I've read it makes no difference.

just to update my timeline

Outland married, Scotland - Canada
Application Received: 10th Nov
Started to process Sponsor Application: 4th Jan
Sponsor Approval: 20th Jan
Sent to Ottawa (not London)
RPRF payment request: 10th March (sent same day)
CPCO final request email: 23rd March (sent to London)
PR processing started: 3rd Feb
PR DM: 30th March

Looks like I should have everything thought shortly. Planning a trip to land my visa, but return to Scotland and emigrate at the end of the year/start of next year, after we do a bit of travelling.

This forum and the spreadsheet have been an absolute God send, and made this whole process so much easier and less daunting. So a huge thank you to the admins and the community.

Good morning everyone I'm new here so I'm not too familiar with the terms but I would like some opinions or advice from people please

I applied to sponsor my spouse on Oct 26th 2015
I got approved as a sponsor Dec 31 2015
they recieved my wife's aplication in Mexico at the Canadian embassy on Feb 16 2016
and they requested the 490$ fee I think that's the permanent resident fee yesterday March 29 2016 which I will pay today

ANY time frame
..am I close to the end how much longer please anything words would be appreciated thanks cheers

Hello! Not sure what I have done wrong, I just made payment of RPRF online banking, CIC sent me a receipt of payment through email. Now no where on the receipt does it have any information linking to my application, UCI, Application number etc. What have I done wrong here,,uggghhhh.. do I send this copy as PDF receipt back to them with an email regarding our application number? Any idea on CIC email and address or fax? If i mail the receipt, should I include a cover letter for my information and does it get sent to CIC Mississauga? Sorry for the long post, this is just frustrating. Thanks!

Were you requested to pay the RPRF? In their correspondence they usually give an email or address to send the receipt to. If not and your application has been transferred to Vienna (I am assuming your VO) then I would recommend emailing them. I can't help you with an email address but someone else here might be able to.
