Got email this morning from CIC. I assuming this is the AOR. It provides me the UCI number, Application number, date they received docs and my wife name.

OK so i'm confused with the MICC forms and i called their call center and they said they had a high volume of calls and hung up so did anyone in here fill up the form that is from QC of course? Thanks!

We filled ours yesterday, but I have a thing: I don't like to ship anything on Friday and then not know for all weekend where my package is , so we will be shipping them on Monday with our SA letter

I didn't find the forms that hard, but maybe it is because my husband only sponsors me and I don't have anyone coming with me

Sponsor’s or Co-signatory Spouse’s Declaration of Authorization form * in my situation i am Divorced and i have no children and my ex husband and i have no attachment to each other he doesn't pay me monthly alimony and i don't to him either we have no ties in each other's lives with that said do i have to fill this form? (and i am my husbands first marriage)

Finally, I've just sent out the application by courier today (15 Jan). Should reach Mississauga by Monday 18 Jan due to weekend. *fingers crossed* ;D

Are you a sponsor?
I don't think this form applies for you actually, but to be safe I would try calling them again. I don't want to mislead you, but in my opinion this form doesn't apply to you.
Or you can create a different topic and maybe someone will explain to you better in this forum

Yes i am actually the sponsor and i think i will because i don't think it applies but i don't want to not send it and then i find out my file is incomplete
