Does anyone knows how long does CIO takes to reply to emails. I emailed them to confirm whether they received my RCMP certificate or not but no reply. My purolator tracking shows that they received it on 9th may

I applied for SINP category in 2012 my application received to cic London off in july 2013 ,after that no communication from cic , if anybody in same timeline

I have sent email to CIO regarding RCMP fingerprint . haven't heard back so far .I guess the feedback waiting time is approximately 20 to 40 days the date an email received.
