Below is the reply i got from CIC when inquired earlier as ECAS status not showing medical received. I knew that my meds were under review, but i was also in the impression that ECAS confirms about receipt of medical results but in reality ECAS confirms PASS, including review, if any.
Hence, your ECAS is correct and no worries. In some cases , they used to give additional documents along with COPR for medical surveillance, if they feel so. There is a separate process and timelines to complete the same. In other words, conditional PR. Hope this settle your nerves and feel relaxed. Enjoy and wait for the next steps:
It took 120 days for my medical review completion and hence ECAS update about the same.
