No standard procedures in place or the procedures just keep on changing :)

It seems like things started to move for 1st week of Nov applicants - my ECAS changed last night to - "we started processing your application on July 4, 2014" :)
Good luck for all of us waiting for PPR/CoPR !

I think your application date and RPRF dates are very similar to mine..
