AOR: Dec 9
Upfront medicals uploaded: June 12
and file status is still: Application received. I'm not sure if they started to process or didn't even open the file yet :
If nothing changes this weekend, I will apply for file notes.

You can always use your COPR to travel via road and leave the country.

I guess this is elementary question but still i will ask it since i'm confused.
After landing as PR, Can i go to my home country and return to Canada without visitor visa??(my visitor visa already expired) I was under the impression that, after landing but still without PR card I can re-enter Canada?? ???

Can some one please explain it? Thanks in advance.

Congrats Sam, can you explain your process when you approached the US Immigration officer. What did you tell him and what happened next. It will be helpful for the rest of us who do not have a US and plan to land at rainbow bridge.

I reached US border through Rainbow bridge. US Immigration asked me the reason for crossing the border. I told him for flagpolling and he took our passports and asked me to wait in my car. Later he came up with admin refusal form and showed me the way to get back to Canada border. Once you enter the canada border, pay the border fees USD 3.5 (I paid CAD 3.75) and they would ask you to enter the adjacent building for landing formalities. Once you enter the building they would take your passport and CoPR document and ask you to have a seat. Once they enter your data in the system, they would call you stating now you are on PR..!!

For me, ecas status change to Decision made! (Medical received appeared on June 25th)
Now, I will watch carrefully my mail box and hope for a CoPR as I am from visa exempt country.

Is there any other way to do flagpoling with out going to US?

i did not get my rprf yet but i payed upfront

No RPRF yet and status is still "Appl recd"

-Med req on 5th Jun

Yes it's stressful. Application is in process since 29th may . Rprf was 2nd June why they are delaying it
