I am a November 2013 CEC applicant. Received AOR in December. My Provincial Nomination came down too fast(<1 month) so I decided to go through that stream. Anybody knows if I can still apply for a refund now? thanks...

If you want continue in both till you get PR but no refund and if u want refund than have to withdraw one application for that contact CIC.

Yes, Sorry I meant if I withdraw from CEC now and continue with PNP, will I be able to get refund for CEC (since its only AOR and not in process yet)? I got different answers from different forum

May applicants started getting medicals..looks like 8 months is a good estimate for medicals

After status change to in process around after 5 to 6 month of aor received date

I think 6 month is a good time line..some time status never change to in process..so as a november applicant..
end April will be good time to apply for one

I am also in same situation. I have investigated with some people who have already got PR and as per them some times it takes time to get AOR. One of them got AOR after 9 weeks. He filed PR with help of attorney and he finally got the PR. If the applications were intended to be returned, those would have come within 2-3 weeks time. Have patience and hope for the best.

As i said before am also in the same boat..mine was received on Nov 13th and till now CC didn't get charged prayers for me as well please

In my case, they received my application on Nov 14 and charged my cc on Dec 16 , still I haven't received AOR . :'(

This is weird... before, I've seen applicants from 22 Nov - 25 Nov getting AOR which according to me means they have already processed AOR for applicants before that day...

Now ppl from 21 and 20 Nov getting AOR? Don't they process application based on application received (atleast thats what my understanding is...)?
