One of my friends back in May was in same situation and emailed CIC about non receipt of RPRF. Below is the reply he got. Fortunately he has landed now


Dear Sir,

An RPRF payment request is sent when you have passed the eligibility stage. At this point, it has not been passed yet.

umm butt i thought once you get the medicals then you have almost passed the eligibility , so does that mean and any of the guys whose applied in the month of november and status still in APPLICATION RECEIVED STATUS please follow up

When did your ecas showed Medicals received?

Has anyone encountered a problem whereby on your COPR the date of original entry is wrong and once you have landed the officer didn't change it.

In my case my original date of entry was July 21, 2011 and on my COPR it was January 20, 2014 (which is impossible cuz how would I have satisfied 12 months of CEC). Anyways I landed everything is OK but I just noticed it and the officer didn't correct it?

I know that lots of ppl have mistakes in that field but has anyone got it corrected by the officer while landing? I know it is just another paranoia of mine but I wanna avoid questions in future. Should I call CIC and remind them to change it to 2011?

so he did not correct your dates either? he just left them as they are, right?

Yes.. No correction was made.

I landed as a pr today! My CPR had 1 error - original entry date was wrong, so I told the officer and he changed it for me, so hopefully all is good. Can I submit a "rushed permanent resident card" application now?

no...first time PR card holders cannot apply for urgent processing....currently the processing time is 21 days...

Did you confirm with your doctor about the medical? Was the medical fine?

PR card processing = 21 days?

I thought it was 90 + Days... ?
