Yes, CIC does call applicants, but make sure to NOT share private information like SIN number, credit
card information and stuff. There's a lot of scammers out there, trying to rip you off.

Is anyone else waiting forever for ECAS to change to Medicals received? I have done my medicals 1 month ago, ECAS does not say anything . I am so sick and tired of this waiting...

same here....i did my medicals on 24th May and paid rprf on 2nd June....i received my medical request on 22nd May and since then its showing my status as "in process", no medicals updated so far...i dnt knw wats going on.

What number did they call you from? I received a call at around same as you but I couldn't pick up the call.. it was from 647 number...

You applied in November 2013 and got passport request four months back. No MR, RPRF etc. This is very strange. Can u confirm if u hv done MR and paid RPRF and what is timeline.

Yah, We have paid the fee, MR, PCC ...., The application was complete because we hired a lawyer there in canada to consult us and the lawyer herself completed my application and submitted to the Visa Office in Delhi immegration office, then after about two or three months they asked my original passport and I submitted my passport in first February 2014, and they confirmed receipt of my passport, but yet no other info... !

I have never ordered a GCMS and am just being curious after receiving MR and completing medicals. After MR, Can I assume that my eligibility with respect to duration(required to file PR under CEC) has been approved and VO has been satisfied with all the documents provided that includes employer referral letter(NOC code was missing in my referral letter) and all the forms(I sent few old forms after nov 9) provided with application.

I will be grateful if someone would like to share his view points.
