i applied on 23 Nov, 2011 and i almost forgot about it until i get email requesting documents.
i start searching for document and i found this thread.
I found that it is interested someof the people already got their decisions. surprising for me

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue processing your application, the following is required:

Have your sponsor pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee in Canada CPC MISSISSAUGA REQUIRES THAT YOUR SPONSOR PAY YOUR RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE. PLEASE FOLLOW COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT AT www.cic.gc.ca. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR FEE TO THE BUFFALO OFFICE.

Unless original documents are specifically requested, please submit certified true copies of supporting documents. All Police Certificates must be original. They will not be returned to you.

Please send the documentation requested above as soon as possible. If we do not receive all the documents requested or the explanation within 60 days from the date of this letter, we shall assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing your application and your application will be refused and your file closed.

If your application is refused, you would be able to reapply, but you would be required to submit a new application and pay a new processing fee. The new application would be assessed according to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act in force at the time that the new application was filed.

hellloooo everyone,

I just saw this thread. I send my paper on nov 21 by express and they arrived on nov. 22. On the end of january 2012 i got a positivie answer from CIC saying i was accepted as a sponsor!!! After right away, i send my paper for the CSQ and got an answer at the end of february. It took 3 weeks for the CSQ.
At the beginning of march, my husband got a call from Rabat saying they wanted info from the last 3 month and i had to do the IMM 5540 which i never did before and im wondering why they ask me to do this.

Anyway, i wish the BEST for everyone and i hope you will get reunited as soon as possible!!

Hey.. my wife got a call from Canadian Embassy to contact the doctor for Consulting the results before it is send to Canadian Embassy. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
