We received our sponsorship approval today!

You have met the Federal requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for
Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further
processing.

Because my wife lives in Quebec we now have to submit an undertaking application to MICC. Hopefully this will go fast.

On a whim, and not really expecting anything to come up, I checked E-cas today to see if it would pull anything up...I am happy to say that using my husbands information it did pull up his name...and that's it. There isn't nothing else, so essentially it's blank except for my husband's name at the top in bold and then at the bottom there is a box asking if I want the ability to view it online taken away, and a logout button. Did this happen to anyone else when they first logged into E-cas?

Nevermind, I tried again this time using my name and birthday and it pulled up more information. I didn't realize you could look under both names. Sometimes this process is so damn confusing. It hurts my brain.



Also, Congratulations blur! That was a fast approval after receiving the AOR so recently. Yay! Gives me hope we'll get one just as fast.

We sent the application november 3 and cpc-m received nov.7.. God bless us all.

I just sent my application to sponsor my spouse today. When they recieve my application, how do they contact me? How will I get my file number and UCI number? BY mail to my Canadian mailing address or email? thanks

They will send you email regarding the confirmation that they received your application or sometimes, by the information you provided in your application.

Or email from CPC-M will notify you once the sponsor's approved .

Received application and approval, sponsor will have the UCI # and Application #
