Hi Everyone!

I'm so glad that there's an Octoberian that got approved already hope we could all be with our spouses in the Spring!

It's already snowing here in Toronto and my husband is in Manila, he tells me all the time how humid and warm it is in there! But I'd rather stay there and be with him than be alone here in the cold! I really hope all of us gets approved quickly!

Let's hope 2012 will go by quickly! Happy New Year everyone! Cheers!

Hubby received an email from CIC yesterday Thursday, December 29, 2011 7:02:34 PM confirming that they received our application Nov. 1, 2011

I wonder the criteria for sending these emails as some people who applied in October have not received any email while November applicants are getting it.

Hi Fernandez -

My understanding is that, unfortunately, there is no criteria. Some get advised and some don't. I hope that this changes at some point as it's unfair to all who are awaiting news.
