Too disappointed by the way CIC is handling the PR issues. My application reached CIC on 14th Nov (NOC 3111) and today they replied that they have returned the application as the cap has been reached. At that time website showed 275 applications...do not know how they missed 225 applications while updating their website.

That was unfortunate

CIC is really unpredictable and it is making me nervous :'(

congratulations Sarat on your PER...2nd AOR means your visa office has received your documents from CIC... if visa officer is satisfied with verifications, then he may issue your Medical Request... wait and keep praying

AOR means...your file has been reached to your visa office.....
it may take around 30 days to receive AOR.....

Congratulations, fellow-NOCer!!!! I told you, you will get one right after me! And you did! Whoo-hoo!
What's your regional visa office?
Now look forward to reveiving AOR from them, i'll notify you when i receive it, but at this point it's all up to different VO officers unless we have the same VO. Mine is Warsaw, Poland.
