Guys just to make it clear , We received emaila and it says "has received final determination of eligibility for processing" ; this is the PER right? Our BD was encashed January 10 and received the email yesterday January 13 ( 11pm here).

Can anyone tell me how to start with E-Cas? tried to check application status online. Key-in UCI, Family Name, Birthdate and Birthplace but it says it cannot identify the information I provided?I was thinking, We got our PER on friday so maybe they have not put it online yet. Should I wait and try it on tuesday since they update it every tuesday?
