Nova scotia settlement plan justificaiton need help

Guys,

i have applied for NSNP in june 2016 and got AOR. Today i have recieved an email from the officer to justify my decesion why i choose victoria.

The question is

You stated in the NSNP 200 that you would like to settle in Victoria. Provide additional information regarding why you would like to settle in Victoria and any research you have done regarding the community. If you have changed your mind regarding settlement provide an update as to where you plan to settle and details surrounding your decision.

My NOC is 2172. Can anyone help me in replying to the justification. If i want to change to Halifex from victoria how should i convience them.

I just wana know on which stream you applied for NSNP ?

NSNP- Demand Express Entry - It was closed since Dec 15 2015.
NSNP- Experience Express Entry - For this you should have at least one year experience in Nova Scotia Else your file will be rejected.
