Oct 28- CIc-CIO-AOR
December 15- MR/ SG COC and additional docs requested
December 17- SG COC sent via DHL/ Medical done at fullerton Healthcare, Sg
December 22- NBI clearance received at CEM by Sg Beronia/ in process as of December 19
January 2- fullerton forwarded medical results to CeM
January 6- medical received in ecas
January 15- PPR
Feb 6- passport sent
Feb 9- passport received by SG Beronia

I pay my landing fee via online, there is message on the bottom of that receipt.
"Please print two copies of this receipt, send one to Citizenship and Immigration Canada and keep one
for your records. Please also note that the payer's name on this receipt does not have to be the same as
the one on the application form."
what does it means.

First sentences is clear and second sentence mean applicant's credit is not necessary to pay online fees.
