Nova Scotia NOI - What Stream to Select?

my wife has got NOI from Nova Scotia but in the email/message inside EE profile, the stream is not mentioned. i opened their website and examined their streams and i think appropriate is:

Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities

Please note:

the applicant has no job offer from Nova Scotia
the applicant has never been to Nova Scotia
the applicant has never been in contact with any of these entities: Scotia Health Authority (NSHA), College of Physicians and Surgeons of NS, Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness, IWK Heath Centre. we are not even sure what exactly they do.

can any one give any feedback or confirm if we are on right track?

Assalamu Alykum! I'm in same boat. We have starter application last evening and facing same issue. Can you tell were you able to apply successfully? If yes, how? Please guide.
