Hi. Just updating receipt of Aor from Nova Scotia today mornin. File received on 25 march. Anyone else received aor off late?

We are just completing an yr experience in canada this week and crs would touch 479. Wondering if NS would be the right path to follow at this time considering the cut off has been ranging around 480 plus. Any suggestions?

I believe CRS should come back to 450 as soon as draws become regular again. The last 2 occurred within 3 weeks interval, and that's what caused them to increase the minimum score. If the next round happens until November 27th, you will get your ITA for sure. It is likely that you get even if it goes an additional week, as there was a small drop from the previous draw even though 3 weeks have passed.

In your place, I would get the additional documents NS requested and wait as long as possible to send them. If you get your ITA in the meantime, you can just inform the officer and decline the nomination. As a matter of fact, I see no reason for you not to inform them about your situation. Obviously, you don't need to mention that you might want to go to another province if you have a better opportunity.

By the way, don't forget to inform your current status on the official topic (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/nova-scotia-provincial-nominee-program-january-2015-t252227.5655.html) so they can update the spreadsheet.

Oh, and congratulations for your incoming PR status, whatever way you choose!

Thanks. We were thinking of going this way itself. Just updates crs on ee, revised score is 477, not 479.

Fingers crossed. Let's see now

Thanks for updating your status. If you haven't, can you please enter your data on the spreadsheet through this link http://goo.gl/forms/CgcEWkIgrk ?

The spreadsheet itself can be viewed here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VSlrGd5WYHoElg75K9te3CXyuyw-1RudhWxIb4h2tdI/edit#gid=878787901

And this is the correct topic to exchange experiences and get clarifications (assuming you have applied to the NS Demand EE stream): http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/nova-scotia-provincial-nominee-program-january-2015-t252227.0.html
