I just saw someone posting on FB about a Feb 2nd application with 3 previous TRV refusals getting a decision on Feb 8th. I have no words now. Serious withdrawal symptoms from everything

Biometric done: 1st Dec
Status: No action, haven't even started with eligibility check.

Any suggestions if applying through new portal will be helpful and will they use submitted Biometrics? Will the application from old portal be refunded?
