Notifying canada imigration of my luggage for free import of items

Hi all i have received my canadian PR and did my first landing just before covid in 2019. However at that time i did not know that you can fill the form to notify them of the items that i plan to bring (form BSF186) . Further i returned back to india after 3 weeks. Now that i have received a job i plan to shift in a month or so. However while trying to find out about transporting my valuables i realized my mistake. Hence is there a way now for me to inform candan immigration of my valuables so that i dont pay large amounts of custom duty.

You can import goods tax-free if you stayed outside Canada for a year or more. You have to declare those with BSF186.
