how to notify cic about change in program and college if i made paper based application? Should i notify about the change after landing to canada or before?

after landing to canada. If you didn't notify yet then you can apply online through mycic account.

but i donot have a cic account because i applied through papers? i got accepted in 2 colleges , one in toronto and one in ottawa.i applied using the offer letter from toronto but now i want to go to ottawa and i have made residence arrangements with the college in ottawa. what should i do?
 
Link your paper application online, then on the homepage click on change Design Learning Institution number

Thanks. but i am sorry i am still confused how to do that and also if i could change my college and program before landing?

hey Purple.. I was also Finding difficulties in linking my paper based application online.. But a very good friend of mine told me how to do it and yes you can change program from online linked account

1)First of all go to myCiC.
2)Click on sign up GC key and create new account
3)Fill form

After creating account choose choose link document online... And fill details of ur file.

now keep 2 things in mind which creates prob while file linking

A) choose last name, birth date option from drag down list..(it might b first thing to fill in form)
B) while filling passport details don't fill country of residence or place of birth... And only fill passport details..

Now system will find ur file which will b linked online..
