Notified to take the citizenship test on tracker but have not received invitation email ( test window : Oct 13-Nov 2)

My citizenship tracker shown my test window is Oct 13-Nov 2, and I have not received any test invitation email . Anyone in the same boat? Where can I contact IRCC?
