Hi All,

Has anyone applied under Parent sponsonship and provided a Notice of ReAssessment instead of Notice of Assessment for any the last 3 years?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You need to submit the most recent assessment which most likely is the NORA.

Be aware that they are looking at whether people are reassessing to qualify. Would imagine that you're also going to get flagged by CRA.

Hi, I have notice of reassessments because I missed my income. Did it effect my file as I’m applying for pgp?

They will scrutinize it and expect delay, it is unfair I know as people got reassess by CRA all the time for missing some interest income from savings account or missing some investment income from stock etc

If IRCC has similar agreement with CRA as the organization I work for, IRCC will never know if the numbers are coming from Reassessed ITR. They will be just receiving most recent available info, i.e line 101 - $xxxx, line 104 - $yyyy. Of course, if the client sends a copy of the Notice of Re-assessment and adjusted ITR, they might have questions, especially if the adjustments are in the lines which impact the eligibility.
