Notice of decision from hearing

Hi guys
Does any one know how long does it take for the notice of decision to be prepared by irb ? In cases that the decision was mentioned at the end of the hearing.

I received mine within 25 days after the hearing and the decision was pronounced at the hearing.

I have my hearing done of 4th of December 2019. IRB member ask my laywer to provide case specific reference from NDP. Any idea why she a
