My hearing was on March 20th and at the end of the hearing the judge said decision will be sent in mail. Any idea how long this usually takes? Please help the suspense is killing me waiting on a decision.

It can take anywhere from a few days to many months. It's very individual and hard to guess. Good luck.

Update: Mailing to RPD claimants

The RPD no longer mail copies of communications to claimants who have counsel.

If you have counsel: All communications are sent to your counsel. Your counsel must inform you of any updates in your file
If you do not have counsel: All communications are sent directly to you by mail

Notice of no minister intervention and files sent to ICAC- July 26th 2024
Hearing- March 20th 2025

I received the decision in 3 weeks
