Notice of assessment & AOR

Hi guys,

Just want confirm something:
1. Notice of assessment, do i need to apply for one or i will get it after i file my tax? I will be qualify for CEC in next Mar. will the NOA only mention by tax year or is it necessary to cover the 1 year experience period i use for PR application?


2. AOR, is it the letter from CIC confirming my application was received or the letter confirming i am eligeble?

Does my wife need to file tax in canada if she never worked?

1) NOA will send it by Government once you filed the tax for the respective year
2) As long as she is not working no need to file a tax

No, she is not required to, but you may be eligible for some credits if she does.
