What to do when they ask for more time to send you the notes of your process?
Here's what happened:

July 31st: P.A. in Canada ordered notes
August 24: P.A. gets an email stating that she should send proof that she is in Canada (Passport had not been stamped) or Sponsor should order in her behalf
August 26th: Sponsor orders notes in P.A.'s behalf
September 5th: They ask for 60 MORE days to issue notes

What to do when this timeline has expired?
Is there a number l can call?

Thanks in advance

You can certainly write to them and complain but at the end of the day it will not change how fast they will do it. You likely have parts of your application that need to be analyzed by a security person whether or not they can be disclosed to you. I had a section and my notes then took ~2 mo or so.

You should definitely inquire about the status of your AIP based on the req # that you have. That will make sure someone has a look at it and it doesn't get forgotten.

If you haven't already done so, file a complaint using the complaint form and email it. Some say you have to use snail mail, but I think there is an email address there. If you google "File a complaint with ATIP", you can find the PDF for the complaint form and fill that out.

I was about to do it 5 business days after they were overdue. You are certainly way more patient than I was to wait this long!

Good luck getting those notes soon!

I have applied for gcms notes from August 17. They were due Sept 19. Sent an email to ATIP. They replied 10 days later saying they will flag the file to expedite the notes. Still havent heard yet and we have interview this Thursday. I dont think it will arrive by then.
