I would like to my documents certified - Does getting notary from BoA or UPS work ??

Or do I need to get from an Advocate himself ??

I am not sure if you are sending your docs to CIC or AINP. I sent mine to AINP that was notarized in a local community credit union (community bank) and the AINP people never asked me to send anything else.

I sent notarized documents from BofA to CIC. So far so good.

Yes, as long as you get it from any authorized notary who can put his/her seal on the paper, should be fine.
Banks, UPS - all do it.

banks, UPS Fedex even some administrative assistants in companies have notary authority.

you should go for the source that is cheapest or no cost- admin assistants, banks.

UPS, Fedex will charge to do notary.
