I am currently stuck with the notarization process of the common-law form.
My girlfriend and I are applying as common-law partners under EE FSW, therefore as I understand, I need to have the IMM5409e signed and stamped by a notary public.
I reside in Latvia. Notaries here do not notarize documents that are not in Latvian. Therefore, an English document is out of the question.
What other options do I have in this case?
