I am starting to prepare my documents in a week. I live in Illinois, US. My employer has got all documents like work experience letters, offer letters etc in email. Illinois notaries are asking for originals to notarize copies as originals verified. Some other people say they notarize only signatures as original. The law is really grey and fuzzy.
What other acceptable forms of notarization does Quebec accept?
