Notarized Translation for PR?

Hello all,

Do I need a notarized translation when I translate any document to English (or French) for PR application? or Just a copy of the translation is enough?

Thanks for replying. Is this true just for translated documents only? I mean what about other documents which are originally in English or French, are they needed to be certified copies or just photocopies?
