She is being sponsored by her husband and currently residing with her husband in Canada. This question is about obtaining notarized ID card in Colombia, a requirement from IRCC.
Since civil documents such as id card from Colombia must be notarized by the notary's office where the documents were registered, how to obtain a notarized national id from Colombia if the applicant is in Canada and is in the process of getting sponsored under the spousal in Canada? Can the applicant authorized someone to place the request on his behalf? Thanks.
