I wanted to apply for Indian PCC from the Indian Consulate in San Francisco and will be sending my documents to them through mail. In the instructions, it was mentioned that the documents need to be notarized. Since there are a few types of notary, mine got a "California JURAT". Is there anybody who submitted their documents with this kind of notarization and got it through? Please advise.
